If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.
5-Year Labor Warranty
Workmanship is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Lennox CK40CT evaporator coil offered by Lakewood Air, this system improves cooling efficiency and humidity control. The CK40CT coil uses durable copper tubing and high-performance aluminum fins for longevity and reliability. A factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) ensures precise refrigerant control, optimizing efficiency and maintaining consistent comfort.
