4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Once equipment has been installed in the home, the order becomes final and non-refundable
  

5. No Returns After Installation / Warranty Remedy

Once HVAC equipment is installed:

• Returns and refunds are not available
  
• Any issues are addressed through manufacturer warranties and/or applicable labor warranties
  

All equipment includes a manufacturer parts warranty. Some systems or installation packages may include labor warranty coverage. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with warranty requirements. Lakewood Air will assist with warranty coordination when applicable.

6. Installation & Licensing

To maintain warranty eligibility, HVAC equipment must be installed by a licensed contractor. Improper or unlicensed installation may void manufacturer warranties.
