5-Year Labor Warranty
Workmanship is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Goodman CHPTA evaporator coil offered by Lakewood Air, this system improves cooling efficiency and humidity control. The CHPTA coil has durable copper tubing, high-efficiency aluminum fins, and a factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) for precise refrigerant control and optimized energy use.
